Mild Steel – From 0.5mm to 20mm
Stainless Steel – From 0.5mm to 12mm
Aluminium – From 0.5mm to 12mm
Titanium – From 0.5mm to 3mm
Brass – From 0.5mm to 6mm
Copper – From 0.5mm to 6mm
All parts can be as intricate as you need with a maximum size of up to 3000mm x 1500mm
Galvanising
Adhering to EN ISO 1461 or other agreed standards.
Hot Zinc Spray
Hot zinc spray gives a much smoother finish once coated, ideal for architectural metal works. Applied at 80-100 microns and adhering to BS EN 22063:1994 which also carries a 25 year guarantee.
Powder Coating
Powder coat finishing is available for all applications, our partners have full facilities operating track and box ovens with coatings including polyester, epoxy polyester and specialist coatings. Normally applied as a three coat system to any specified RAL colour.
